Its leaves are giant and pink and vaguely marijuana shaped. It has red poms-poms on it - living, growing pom-poms. It's like something that would grow wild in the Nikiverse. Team member Miriam looked at it and said "Wow; that's like something out of Dr. Seuss." Yes, yes it is. Does anyone know what this thing actually IS?

Did you ask anyone at the library if they knew?
It's weird, Kaaren - there were actually little name stakes for most of the plants, but this one didn't have one. And it was growing all by itself in the middle of the grass, like it had suddenlt sprung up.
