Here in the nikiverse, Thursdays are "personal trainer" day so i think every Friday post will begin with a litany of new aches. Apperantly if you neglect your body for a decade and then start working out on a regular basis, your body can be somewhat unamused. Today's odd twinge is the top of my shoulders; i don't think you use the tops of your shoulders for anything except to do overhead presses.

Ok this title alone was worth checking out your blog site. Its good to know that you are kicking you body back into gear. Keep it up. A healty you means that you will be around when youre 80 laughing at me talking about love gravy and chocolate thunder.
